I want to send out a big CONGRATULATIONS to the entire
Allied Fleet. You all did a wonderful job last week. The dreaded
Axis Fleet, with it's superiority in numbers and units, was
soundly defeated by a smaller and younger fleet.

I was very impressed with everyone. Especially our youth
contingent. The only real Allied setback came with Campaign.
The Axis had superior numbers of captains, and this is often
the deciding factor during Campaign.

For those that want to know the breakdown of allied ships,
I will list them at the end of this note. As for the numbers, the
Axis usually had 12- 14 ships on the water. The Allies usually
had 9 or 10 ships. And yes the Allies had significantly less
units for most sorties (So I would feel REALLY bad about losing
if I were an Axis this year).

The Allies had 4 young captains (David Ricci, Cameron Moury,
Adam and Matt Thibault). There were two founders (Jeff and Stan).
And four of us regular veterans (Pav, Don Fisher, Ron Hunt, and
myself). Ron Thibault also helped out a bit, especially during
Campaign on Thursday (three full runs with my convoy ship)

     Breakdown of ships:

     David N.C.
     Cameron California
     Adam Louiville
     Matt Witchita
     Stan N.C.
     Jeff Texas
     Pav Maryland
     Don N.C.
     Ron Invincible
     Paul Michigan

Again, you guys all did a GREAT job. You also made my job
as Admiral very easy!!! Thanks for a great week.

                      Paul "Doc" Broring

Now does it become a Five-Peat if the Allies win again in OKC?
